How do I sign in? Use your Microsoft 365 account. You're redirected to the standard Microsoft login; there's no separate password.

Who can see the Admin area? Only administrators on the allowlist. Regular users don't see it.

Can I change the mailbox the report is sent from? No — the sender is a fixed shared mailbox set by an administrator. You can change recipients, not the sender.

Why can't I pick day 30 or 31 for the schedule? So a report is never skipped in a short month. Use day 28 for end-of-month.

A scheduled report didn't arrive. What happened? Check the dashboard banner and History for a failed run and its error. Microsoft 365 connection issues are resolved by an administrator (see the Admin Guide).

Does running a report change anything in Cove? No. Reports are read-only — they never modify backup data or settings.

The report shows a device as failed but I think it's fine. Open the Exceptions section and check the last successful session date. If it's recent, the failure may be a single session; if it's old, backups may have stopped.
